In response to the signs of the times and the realities of the Institute, we are in the process of changing our government structures. In view of that, the 2019 General Chapter asked that the Institute Leadership Council (ILC) “make appropriate provision for the Government portion of the Constitutions to be revised in preparation for the General Chapter 2025” (G.Ch.Doc. p.8). In March 2021, a small committee was formed to carry out the necessary changes to our Constitutions. The members are Catherine Patten, (EAA) Chair, Cristina Caetano, (B), Coltrida Mooya (Z) and Maria Teresa Nogueira (P). Their first in person meeting (except for Cristina, who came via Zoom) took place at the Generalate in Rome, from February 26-March 4, 2022.
