Pope Francis

Posted April 21, 2025

The news of the death of Pope Francis fills us with deep sadness but also deep gratitude for his leadership of service to the Church and his life-witness of inclusion, mercy and compassion. Pope Francis taught us by word and example how to live the Gospel in today’s world.  We join with the whole Church in mourning his passing and in gratitude to God for his legacy to us of love for all peoples, especially those on the margins of society.  and the care of our common home.

Pope Francis, we rejoice with you as you enter the fullness of life in God.
