HOW CAN YOU NOT SAY IT?

Posted March 17, 2025

Sr Aelita Otavia DA SILVA arrived here in Béziers on Saturday 22 February 2025 to  share ministry with our community. We hope you were able to see her sitting amongst our Extended Family at the zoom meeting on the day of her arrival.

Originally from Brazil, she lived in Zimbabwe and especially Zambia for 8 years. Now she’s in a new setting with us at  Bon Pasteur in Béziers. We wish her strength and joy in saying yes to all these changes: culture, language, age, temperature… We thank her for being a woman who faces the new in dialogue with our leaders.

Our celebration of 176 years of the institute marks an even greater turning point, so great is our joy and gratitude.

Aelita is already involved in the French language, which is so challenging, and she hopes to share our life and ministry for the Sources, with the Extended Family and the many needs in the city around us.
