Institute Leadership Meets in Sag Harbor, NY

The Enlarged General Council of the RSHM—members of the General Council and Team and the Provincial and Regional Superiors—met from June 12-21, 2018 at the RSHM Cormaria Retreat House in Sag Harbor, NY. This meeting takes place approximately every 15 months to engage in congregation-wide planning. A study of demographic and financial projections provided the foundation for working on our organzational structures, planning in our African regions, initial and ongoing formation, and our NGO and JPIC (Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation) initiatives. During the course of the meeting, members participated in a walk on World Refugee Day, in connection with the Caritas International “Share the Journey” progam on migration.
